You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to begin.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and work through the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, somatic techniques, inner child work, and cognitive behavioral therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach designed to help the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Sometimes difficult experiences can become “stuck,” leaving you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, reactive, anxious, disconnected, or trapped in painful patterns long after the event has passed.
Using bilateral stimulation and guided processing, EMDR helps the brain reprocess these experiences in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and allows healing to occur more naturally. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, grief, panic, and experiences that continue to feel unresolved or emotionally activating.
The goal is not to erase memories, but to help you feel more grounded, connected, and no longer controlled by them.
Self-Esteem & Shame
Shame and low self-esteem can quietly shape the way you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world. You may struggle with self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, feeling “not good enough,” or difficulty accepting yourself fully. Together, we work to better understand where these beliefs began, build self-compassion, and create a healthier, more authentic relationship with yourself.
Identity
Life experiences, relationships, trauma, expectations, and major transitions can sometimes leave you feeling disconnected from who you are or uncertain about where you belong. Therapy provides space to explore your values, sense of self, emotional patterns, and the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, rejected, or shaped around survival. The goal is not to become someone new, but to reconnect with yourself more honestly and authentically.
