Meet your therapist

Hi, I’m Stephanie, and I believe life is meant for living, not just surviving.

Somewhere along the way, many of us lose ourselves to shame, fear, trauma, perfectionism, or the pressure to become who others expect us to be. We become disconnected from our emotions, our bodies, our needs, and sometimes even our sense of identity.

Therapy with me is less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with who you already are beneath who you’ve had to become to survive.

I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a space where people can show up honestly. Bring your messy thoughts, uncomfortable emotions, uncertainty and all. I believe healing begins when we no longer feel like we have to perform our way into worthiness.

Together, we may use approaches like CBT, EMDR, somatic work, and expressive arts to better understand your patterns, process painful experiences, and help you reconnect with a life that feels more genuine, grounded, and meaningful to you.

Professionally, I earned my Master of Social Work in 2015 and have worked across a variety of mental health settings, including community mental health, crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric care, and trauma-focused services for children and families impacted by sexual assault and PTSD. Over the past several years, I have specialized in trauma treatment within private practice, helping individuals process painful experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

I look forward to starting our journey back to you.
